Who operates this site

What we collect

The contact form on this site asks for your email address and, optionally, a short free-text message describing what remains unresolved. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any other personal data through the form.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are relayed to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service. FormSubmit receives the email address and message you submit and forwards them to us by email; nothing you submit is stored anywhere else on this site. Why we process it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an initial assessment ahead of a possible Diagnostic Mission.

Retention

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it, to keep a record of engagements we have accepted or declined, and to meet any applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Analytics

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Certain non-identifying interaction events — for example, that the contact form was opened or submitted — may be recorded to help us understand how the site is used. We do not send the content of your message or your email address to any analytics tool.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to restrict, object to, or request the transfer of its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to case@trouble-shooting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
